U.S. women’s national soccer team star Megan Rapinoe isn’t backing down in her war of words with President Trump. Rapinoe responded this week to Trump tweets ripping her for saying she wouldn’t go the White House if the her team wins the World Cup. She also dropped an “F”-bomb in her comment.
The President tweeted in response that Megan should “WIN first before she TALKS.”
Rapinoe was steadfast while addressing the media ahead of the World Cup match between the U.S. and French women’s teams.
“I stand by the comments I made about not wanting to go to the White House, with the exception of the expletive– my mom would be very upset about that.”
